Fee Refund Policy

  1. Initial Refund Period: We offer a 100% refund within the first 24 hours after enrollment, except for the Enrollment Fee, which is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are only available to students (or their parents/guardians) who have paid the tuition fee in one lump sum (One-time Payment option).
    • No refunds are available for those who have opted to pay in installments.
  3. Refund Request Timeline:

    • Refund requests must be initiated within 90 days from the date of payment, starting from the orientation day (counted as day 1).
    • No refunds will be considered after 90 days from the date of enrollment.
  4. Process for Requesting a Refund:

    • To request a refund, the student (or parent/guardian) must submit a notice of cancellation via email to support@knowleemschool.com. The subject line should read ‘Request for Cancellation’.
  5. Calculation of Refund Days:

    • The eligibility period for a refund is calculated on a calendar day basis, using a 24-hour cycle, irrespective of time zone differences.
  6. Indemnification:

    • By requesting a refund, the student (or parent/guardian) agrees to fully indemnify Knowleem School against any claims, expenses, damages, and liabilities that may arise in connection with the withdrawal from the school.
  7. Finality of Refund:

    • Once processed, the refund decision is final and binding. Any disputes must be raised within 10 days of the refund decision.
  8. Modification of Policy:

    • Knowleem School reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any enrollments that occur after the date of the policy change.
